Track Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch, tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier’s system.

How to track your order

  1. Open our tracking partner’s page: ParcelsApp.com.
  2. Paste your tracking number in the field that says “Enter tracking number”.
  3. Click Track Package to view your shipment details.

Note: Your order number (e.g., #1009) is not a tracking number. You’ll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the carrier has it on file.

What information you’ll see

  • Current status (e.g., In transit, Delivered).
  • Latest carrier scan with timestamp and location.
  • Origin and destination checkpoints.
  • Days in transit.
  • Courier name and a link to the official carrier tracking page (when available).

Frequently asked questions

I don’t have a tracking number yet.
Tracking numbers are issued after processing (1–3 business days). When your parcel is handed to the carrier, you’ll automatically receive an email with the tracking number.
My tracking shows no updates.
Initial scans can take 24–48 hours to appear. If there are no updates after two business days, contact us at support@glowaro.shop.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes are only possible before dispatch. Please email us immediately at support@glowaro.shop.
