Free Shipping Within the USA 🇺🇸
We currently ship exclusively within the United States — and yes, shipping is always FREE. Our goal is to make sure your order arrives safely, on time, and in perfect condition.
Processing & Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Time: Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered.
- Total Estimated Delivery Window: 5–12 business days (processing + shipping combined).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Method
- Shipments are handled by JS Express and their U.S. logistics partners (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for final delivery.
- Tracking information typically updates within 24–72 hours after shipment.
- You can track your order anytime using your tracking number on our Track your order page
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package shows as “in transit” but hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@glowaro.shop and we’ll help right away.
- If your order is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office.
- Look around your property for any alternate delivery spots.
- If still not found, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date — we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@glowaro.shop. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to import duties or customs fees. Any applicable sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout according to your state regulations.
Important Notes
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the United States.
- Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
